General Information...

DGOTC is a not-for-profit organization that was formed to promote the sport of dog obedience. We have been serving the National Capital region from our two training sites for almost 30 years. We embrace several training philosophies and allow trainers the freedom to pursue the training methods that work best for their dogs.

We offer obedience training classes at all levels beginning each January, April, July, and October. We also offer Agility classes in Loudoun County year-round and at our Fairfax training location during the winter.

DGOTC is run by an elected board which holds at least four meetings a year. Board meetings are open to all members. Two general meetings are held each year. Elections are held at the January meeting.

DGOTC is a United Kennel Club Obedience and Agility club and holds both agility and obedience trials several times a year.
