Refund Policy

DGOTC limits the size of classes, and when you apply to attend a class a spot is held for you. Since we may not be able to fill your spot at a later date, refunds are limited to those described below.  Please note that payment by PayPal is subject to all conditions EXCEPT that in the case of a refund, DGOTC will only refund the amount received from PayPal.

• Cancellation two (2) weeks prior to your scheduled class date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellation between two (2) weeks and your scheduled class date will receive a full refund if your place in the class can be filled with another applicant.
• There is NO REFUND after the date of the first day of your scheduled class.
• There is NO REFUND if a dog is excused from class due to aggression.
• There is NO REFUND for a female dog in season that is excused from class
• Potential refund(s) that do not meet any of the criteria listed above will be evaluated, upon written request, by the Training Director to determine whether or not a refund should be issued.
